Who we are
Qdashboards helps businesses replace Excel reporting with automatic Power BI dashboards. This privacy policy explains which personal data we collect via qdashboards.nl, why, and what rights you have. Questions? Email info@qdashboards.nl.
What data we collect
We only collect data through the contact form on this website:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Your message / request
We do not place marketing or tracking cookies. Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics to analyse website usage — see the Cookies section below. Fonts and other technical assets are served from our own server rather than through third parties.
Why we use this data
Solely to respond to your request or question — for example, to schedule an Excel scan or Power BI project with you. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your consent, and we never sell it to third parties.
Who we share data with
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a form-processing service that forwards your submission to our email address. Web3Forms acts as a processor in this context. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless legally required to do so.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, unless a longer retention period is legally required (for example, for tax purposes once an agreement is in place).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data
- Object to processing
- Data portability
Want to exercise any of these rights? Email info@qdashboards.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our website (for example, which pages are visited), so we can improve the site. IP addresses are anonymised. These cookies are placed by Google Ireland Limited and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
